Baris serves as Deloitte’s AI Leader for the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) industry, concurrently holding the position of Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment Operate Champion. In his current capacity, he focuses on unleashing the power of AI within TMT, while strategically expanding Deloitte’s Operate portfolio through strategic plays, assets, and partnerships.

With over 20 years of experience as a technology strategist in the TMT industry, Baris has successfully guided clients in business transformation through data-driven strategies and intelligent technology investments that prioritize business value. His track record includes leading large-scale, intricate programs focused on maximizing returns on technology assets, capitalizing on data, and scaling AI capabilities.

Before joining Deloitte in 2012, Baris spent over a decade in the wireless communications industry, where he held diverse leadership roles in research and development, network operations, and large account management. His global experience in advising clients and delivering projects has been a cornerstone of his success in driving innovation and value for organizations.
