Christanna is a Principal in Deloitte’s US Multistate Tax Services Practice where she serves as the Lead Multistate Executive on several large clients and a Technology Industry Leader for the Multistate Practice. She also serves as a leader on the firm's cross-functional Sustainability and Purpose team.
She has more than 20 years of experience as a tax professional including five years as State Tax Counsel for a holding company with a diversified portfolio of operating companies. Christanna has served clients in several industries on state tax matters including mergers and acquisitions, tax controversy and the unique state tax issues of non-US multinationals investing in the US.
Christanna has a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a JD from St. John’s University School of Law.
