Haissam is a consulting partner and the firm’s global Offerings and Assets leader. He is a member of the Global Consulting Executive and the firm’s senior management team. He is responsible for setting our global consulting services strategy, driving innovation to better serve our clients, and supporting our go-to-market efforts with our clients and alliance partners. Offerings & Assets drives global-led, Firm-supported, efforts to differentiate our Advise, Implement, and Operate (AIO) offerings through Analyst recognition, market activation, thought-leadership, innovative solutions and distinctive Assets. The Offerings & Asset team strives to anticipate growth in the market and transform delivery to increase value creation for clients. We drive global consistency by modernizing methods, developing common playbooks, building capability and expanding the Global Delivery Network. Haissam’s area of expertise is enterprise technology transformation. He has advised some of the firm’s leading clients on technology implementation and adoption, alliances collaboration, and technology services delivery models. Haissam has played a variety of roles in the firm, both in the US and globally, most recently as the US Consulting Core Business Operations portfolio leader. He has built and scaled several of the firm’s offerings with specific focus on asset enabled services.
